Come share in our beautiful, top floor, spacious WATERFRONT condominium at Parkview Bay! This condo is also fully equipped with all bedding and linens and pillows and all kitchen necessities to cook. We have included everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The master has a king bed with amazing views, an en suite bath and large closet. The second bedroom has a king bed with adjacent guest bathroom and TV/DVD player. The loft (which is the 3rd bedroom with bean bag chair sitting area) has 2 queen beds with an attached full bathroom. This condo is ideal for a family vacation, girls weekend or group of friends to relax! There is also a washer and dryer for those extended stays. (An iron and ironing board is provided)

The balcony overlooks the lake swim dock and has views of 2 of the pools. This makes hanging out on the balcony extra fun! There is a closet in the balcony area where you will find other little things (pool toys, blow up lounge, etc.) to help you have a great vacation.

The complex has three pools. Enjoy them all! Also, there is a very nice, scenic walkway, right on the lake that runs through the entire complex. Take the time to casually walk it, relax, and enjoy! There is a boat slip available for an extra fee, call for details.

The location is fantastic! Shopping at Osage Beach Outlet Mall is only 1.5 miles away! We are very close to many restaurants and bars, like Dog Days, Backwater Jacks and Wobbly Boots BBQ. Randy's and Andy's frozen custard are right up the road!

Also, Miner Mikes, Golf, Go-Carts, movie theater and many other restaurants are very close by. In addition, there are a lot of tourist attractions, like Ha Ha Tonka and Bridle Cave. Fun is everywhere! There is a lot to do in the Osage Beach area! This unit has everything you need for a fantastic stay! After staying in this unit and experience its perfect location, great scenery, and plenty of extra's, including Free Wifi, you will realize you made the perfect choice for your vacation.

Pros and Cons

Overall: The unit was nicely decorated and the host was very responsive to questions.Pros; great layout for six people, met our needs, complex is very quiet, boat slip is available Cons: in comparison to other units we’ve rented in the same complex this one was disappointing, towels were limited to one and a half a piece for a week for six people, the unit needs some maintenance TLC, example the toilet seat in one bathroom was cracked we taped it with some packing tape we found in a drawer so backsides did not get pinched, tv remote needed triple A batteries but none were found in unit, cleaning crew has been skipping some areas especially the deck and bathtubsAs I said it met our needs but in comparison to other units in the complex it needs a good deep clean and maintenance work

The property was beautiful! Loved the feel of the condo, very homey. Property was so nice, pools and grounds well kept. Very centrally located. Only downside we found was listing stated a gas grill which we planned for and wasn’t there when we arrived. Owner was very quick to respond anytime I reached out.

Bathroom was not clean, dirty grill and oven, old pans, and not enough wash cloths and nice towels. Nice spot and we enjoyed our time. The master bathroom's toilet broke and there were no contact info on what to do and we reached out to contact number and they didn't respond.

Nice spacious property

This is a great property for a group of adults. Several beds, bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make for a nice arrangement. Lots of parking. Tim was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again. With that said, be aware that if you use the boat slip it is a long walk from the condo. Also, frying pans could use updated.

Diamond in the Rough

What a pleasant surprise this condo was. Beautiful views, everything you could possibly need in the condo, and the absolute most comfortable beds I have ever slept in while traveling. The decor was tastefully done, and the host was quick to respond with any questions we had including referring us to two incredibly restaurants within a very short distance. Will definitely be back!

It was ok but not to clean in bathrooms. No Christmas decor. Bed had no mattress pad, only a plastic cover. The fireplace did not work. It as pk, but would not stay at the condo or recommend it to others. Good thing, very quiet.

Trip to the Lake

Tim, was extremely helpful and property was amazingly clean. Bonus: balcony was shaded in AM and PM which allowed for us to sit out and view the lake! Highly recommend staying. Thanks.

Experience was good. We spend most of our time on the lake but when in the condo,we had everything we needed. Response from property owners was quick and they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything.
