Lakefront condo in Osage Beach!

Unit 623 is located off of KK @ The Knolls, a quiet resort nested in a heavily wooded peninsula on the 22mm of the Lake of the Ozarks

Feel at home in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo. Our nicely furnished condo, is truly a home away from home! Relax and unwind on the private covered deck while looking out to the swim dock and watching the kids swim. Enjoy cooking a home cooked meal in our well stocked kitchen. (there are charcoal grills up by the pool area for your use as well.) Rest peacefully in our spacious bedrooms (master bedroom has one queen bed, guest bedroom has two queen beds) Also, a Graco pack 'n play is provided in the guest bedroom closet. There are TVs in both bedrooms plus the living room, all equip with cable. You will find family games in the cabinet in the living room. Linens/bath towels are provided. (Make sure you pack your own beach towels!!!)

Enjoy resort amenities year-round! The Clubhouse has an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and game room. Located just outside the Clubhouse is a beautiful outdoor pool area. The complex also has indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness room, and a boat ramp on site. Foyer closet has a basketball, tennis rackets, and tennis balls for your use during your stay! Just PLEASE put back for the next visitors!
We additionally have a 10 x 24 boat slip that can be rented for an additional charge during your stay.

Family Weekend

We came to the lake for a family weekend with a group of friends. We loved the amount of space we had for relaxing and hanging out. The sectional couch and living room area was so cozy and is always a favorite when we travel with our family. Great location on the floor level!

Great Condo at the Lake

We have a condo at the Lake but needed additional room for a family trip. This was a great additional space. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. It is located right near the water/docks. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. We had trouble with check-in because the lock pad did not work, so my sister with her infant was unable to gain access. This was a bit frustrating, but once we were able to get ahold of the owners, we were able to get in with a new code. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a visit to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Everything met expectations. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Owners were very responsive to the couple of minor inquiries we had The property and amenities were as advertised. Would recommend to others and I’m sure we will be returning. Great place to stay if you’re going to the Lake of the Ozarks. The Knolls is a peaceful setting in a protected cove.

Weekend trip

Our family enjoyed our stay. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and nighttime visiting. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was a great location. We enjoyed being close to town. We took advantage of the pools and playground.

Went for a quick weekend trip for a business conference and could not have been more pleased. Spacious, clean and well kept! Great communication and clear expectations for arrival and departure. Kids loved the basketball and tennis courts, playground and pools. Would recommend and will be back for more fun!

At the lake again

This was a very clean well advertised place. If I could change anything it would only be to have king beds. The dock was great. My family makes about 6 trips a year to the lake. I think we may have found a favorite. The view of the cove is very nice.

Our stay at cute condo in Camden county for July 4th weekend

Finding the property was a little confusing especially being that we arrived at 10pm so it was so dark. Once we found the place we were very happy it was easily accessible with parking right infront of the apartment it was exactly like the pictures it was clean and cute â˜ș there was all kinds of things for our kids to do such as tennis swimming sauna etc. loved it would definitely stay again. It was perfect for what we needed it for.
