You’ll also have access to the two private Estates pools (seasonal) and the full lineup of Margaritaville Resort amenities—including the waterpark, golf courses, restaurants, bars, and more. We recommend having a vehicle to explore the Lake of the Ozarks area, as most attractions, restaurants, and shops are best accessed by car. Free parking is available at the cottage. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area but may have limited availability during peak times. The Margaritaville Resort also offers a complimentary shuttle within the resort grounds—perfect for getting to the golf course, restaurants, or the LandShark Bar. For air travelers, the closest general aviation options are Grand Glaize Airport and Lee C. Fine Airport, while Columbia and Springfield-Branson National Airports offer commercial flights within driving distance.

Pets are not permitted at this property. We kindly ask that guests make other arrangements for their animals before arrival, as we are unable to accommodate pets of any size. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a peaceful, family-friendly community, so we ask that all guests respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Parties or Events: This home is designed for relaxing getaways, not large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal and additional fees.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for odor removal and deep cleaning if this policy is violated.
