My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this resort. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were all great. We really enjoyed our stay!

When i check in the front desk staff was very courtesy also when i checked out.but for the room it had two king size beds in it i booked a room for one king size bed,and my request was not granted to me for what i ask to be in the room on arrival, the tub was not fully clean it had two different color to it the room was verry cold also i could not turn the air down, so my stay was ok.

Everything was great except room temp. We like the thermostat set at 65 degrees at night. There was a control set on the thermostat that wouldn’t allow us to set below 67 degrees- this made are night sleep not so good! That’s are only complaint. Otherwise the stay was good.

Property needs a facelift and the water park is really sad , I was surprised with picking upgraded room that it was not that nice, stains on floor and furniture. One young man was nice driving the shuttle but the others were not friendly or helpful.

It was a great stay Hotel still needs some upgrades! Bed was squeaky! But overall we had a great time! I would recommend taco nachos at land shark bar they were very good! Souvenirs were way overpriced!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the amenities were great (the kids loved the bowling alley!) [Alas, since we visited off-season & mid-week, the indoor water park was closed. ] (We went off-resort for donut breakfast, but the on-location breakfast looked tasty but $$$)

Everything was great from check in to the room itself. The closeness of the restaurants from the rooms were great. My only complaint of the whole thing, water wasn't quite hot enough for a shower. You'd turn the knob all the way to the hot side, and it's lukewarm at best.
