Condo was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone had their own bed. Very well-kept, clean condo. Plenty of space to spread out. Top floor balcony overlooks the boat docks & lake. Had all the accommodations you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were very quick to respond to any inquiries & provided thorough check-in instructions!

We like the Ledges properties. This is our second visit. It is family friendly, clean with good amenities. We liked being in the middle of the complex further from the point where it is quieter but still accessible to larger pool, the beach area and the docks. We had a nice deck with canopy for shade midday and a good view of the lake to the west. (Nice sunsets when not cloudy) This condo is on the upper level with parking accessible with a crosswalk (3steps only) making it easier to load and unload. We had 7 adults and one teenager and didn’t feel crowded at all. We would stay there again. Ages range from 16, 20’s, 40s to 75. Something for all ages.

Excellent Property and Communication

We loved the place! My husband, our kids (ages 13,12,9,7), and both of our moms stayed here. Jim sent me ideas for things to do to accommodate the wide range of ages of everyone staying. He also sent instructions for check in and out in a timely manner. When I messaged him with a question, he was very quick with a response. Overall, we really enjoyed the area and the property. Highly recommend the Ledges and Jim! The two pools were nice, the one near the beach area was much less crowded. The water in the beach area did have a lot of debris (possibly because of the time we went), but we went to a public beach just down the street and it was great also! There were several nice restaurants that were in the area and Bagnell Dam was a quick trip away as well.

Pictures don't do it justice! Only 3 steps to get to condo with ease! Huge deck with great view! Condo was clean with necessities to get you started! We only had 7 ppl but this unit would definitely hold more! Owner was easy to contact. Will definitely stay again!
