Parking is available for 2 to 4 standard vehicles, depending on size. Boat and trailer parking are not available on-site. Parking along the hill or roadway is strictly prohibited. If you`re bringing a boat, nearby marinas offer boat and trailer parking with advance arrangements.

House Rules & Rental Policies

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, the following rules strictly apply to all reservations.

Booking & Guest Requirements:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
A valid government-issued ID is required.
The primary guest must complete guest registration and sign the rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
All guests must be registered for safety and insurance purposes.
Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property.

Strict No Party Policy:
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate lease termination without refund.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors and the surrounding community.

Dock, Lake & Water Safety:
Use of the dock, lake access, kayaks, and water areas is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
No diving from the dock.
Guests are responsible for securing boats properly.
The host is not responsible for damage due to weather or improper boat tie-up.
Guests assume all liability when using water amenities.

Hot Tub Rules:
Shower before use.
No glass in or around the hot tub.
No oils, bath salts, or bubbles.
Replace the cover after use.
Misuse requiring draining or refilling will result in additional service fees.

Firepit & Grill:
Never leave a fire unattended.
Fully extinguish the fire before going indoors.
Do not burn trash.
Please clean the grill after use, or additional cleaning fees may apply.

Pet Policy:
Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis with advance notice.
An additional daily pet fee per pet will be collected after approval.
Pet approval is not guaranteed.
All pet rules must be followed at all times.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate lease termination without a refund.
No Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Violations will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate lease termination without a refund.

Parking:
Park only in the designated parking areas.
No parking on the grass.
Do not block neighboring driveways.
Boat and trailer parking are not permitted at this property.
Parking along the hill or roadway is strictly prohibited. Please follow all posted parking signs.

Trash & Property Care:
Place all trash in the designated bins and ensure the lids are securely closed.
Excess trash or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
Report any damage immediately.
Guests are financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Security Disclosure:
An exterior security camera is located at the front entrance for guest safety.
There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living areas.

Weather & Lake Conditions:
No refunds will be issued due to weather.
Lake levels, water clarity, dock conditions, and wildlife are natural occurrences outside the host`s control.
Power outages caused by weather are also outside the host`s control.

Cancellation Policy:
We strictly follow the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
No exceptions will be made outside the applicable policy.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of emergency, illness, weather, or other unforeseen events.
