Welcome to Glass Haven, a stunning lakeside getaway at the 17 mm that has been refreshed with exciting new upgrades. This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 22 and features signature floor-to-ceiling windows for the perfect lake view, now complemented by a newly added game room with a pool table, darts, and a classic Pac-Man arcade. Situated in a peaceful no-wake cove, the private dock has a brand new 6-person saltwater hot tub, alongside the slide and high dive.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen is flooded with natural light from the adjacent living area and features brand new epoxy countertops. Featuring a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers both drip and K cup coffee options.

Living Room
The gorgeous living space features an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, sectional, lounge chair, and two accent chairs. There are two sets of sliding doors off the living area that open onto the balcony which features a gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs. The screened in balcony has been updated with new furniture, string lights for those cozy nights, and a flat screen TV. Off the screened in area is a brand new gas grill with additional seating.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king size adjustable bed, a new electric fireplace, dresser, nightstands, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached master bath with a shower/tub combo and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and a flat screen TV.

The third bathroom is located in the main living area and features a shower/tub combo and a single vanity
sink.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features a full-size bed, nightstand, and a flat screen TV.

The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has two twin sized beds, a full-size bed, dressers, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 6 Bunk House
The sixth bedroom is located downstairs in the bunk house and features two queen over queen bunk beds with trundles and a twin size bed. There is an additional living area with a couch, loveseat, flat screen TV, and a foosball table! There is an attached bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a single vanity sink.

Game Room
Let the fun begin in the brand new game room featuring a flat screen TV mounted over a bar top table with seating for four, beautiful epoxy flooring, a sleek pool table, darts, and an arcade style pac man game!

Outside
The star of the show is the incredible oversized dock, now featuring a brand new 6-person saltwater hot tub. This outdoor oasis is built for entertaining with a dining table with seating for ten, kitchenette, high dive, and slide. A gas fire pit surrounded by seating for the whole group, loungers, and corn hole. There is a 30 x 12 slip extra mooring room on the side as well as a jet ski lift.

This home is located just off Osage Beach Parkway, centrally located to all the most popular spots. This complex is just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Outlet shopping, Hyvee, JB Hooks, Baxters, and tons of other lakefront bars and restaurants. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
