There is no staff, beds were very comfortable and place was clean, it needs amenities and some color it was very white it felt like a hospital, but good stay after all.

The location was great, but the room could have been better maintained, as we noticed stains on the wallpaper. The washer/dryer setup was misleading—it is not a true 2-in-1 machine, and drying clothes by hanging them in the shower took about six hours, which is inconvenient if you need clothes the same day. There were not enough towel racks for a family of four, and the checkout process was unclear aside from a sign to place a magnet on the door. We also had an issue with locker storage due to unavailable locks. Calling the concierge did not work via the English phone routing, but the issue was resolved within 25 minutes after emailing.

Good room space for Japanese standards, Room was Clean and very conveniently located for the metro and 7/11 just around the corner. 10 minute walk to Dontonbori or Namba station, Ther is no staff onsite and no Early Check in available, There is a room that you can leave your Luggage if arriving earlier, thats was convenient for our Family. Overall will stay there again.

Lovely hotel with a spacious clean room for a family of four. It was well equipped and centrally located with a metro station that was a five minutes walk away. Helpful staff too - would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a good location, close to so much. The building is new and nice, and even though there wasn’t a front desk access was quick and easy. It was nice having a kitchen, but it was very sparsely equipped, and the plates were tiny. We did find the floors quite slippery and they weren’t super clean. Additionally, the lack of bedside tables and lamps (only ceiling lights) made the stay a little less comfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed a great time here.

Room was clean, and the kitchen was handy. Only downside was no towels cleaned or new ones given and we were there for several days. Laundry was easy and the bathroom was heated to help drying, as there was only a washer. Good location, great food nearby and super walkable to everywhere!

Good sized room in a good area - close to Dotonbori but away from the crowds. My only complaint would be that the rooms have no lamps so your only lighting is from the overhead lights.
