Very customer focused. Offered partial refund for wrong room config and was also willing to upgrade. Very hard to find such customer focused hotels in Norway! A+ no complaints. Amazing breakfast and location - if taking the train or flight!

Good hotel with scary art

The room was small but clean with comfortable bed. Bathroom was big , modern and spacious. Art on the walls , bathroom and elevator is inappropriate for hotel . It is more suited for a museum of modern art.

Will not recommend this hotel

The only positive was the location of the hotel. You are paying premium prices for an average at best room. Very limited space, no safe, uncomfortable bed/too low, and poor air conditioning. Furthermore there is no daily room service which is unheard of in all the travelling we have done. I would not stay in one of your hotels going forward and will not recommend to family or friends. This hotel in my opinion is overrated on hotels.com. We did not get value for the amount we paid for nightly stay!

VERY convenient. We got “upgraded” however, to a horrendous black-painted suite. A true Goth nightmare. Other rooms might be fine, but avoid 212. Trying to be edgy…but just depressing.
