We staying 3 nights plus another 2 nights in this hotel. Great place to stay, very close to all amenities, bus transit from airport to airport just right at front door, metro line and all bus connection just right behind the building. Walking distance to city. Our room was so nice and comfortable and we got upgrade to premium room which locate at 21dt floor with great view. Very special thanks to the staff for their service and helpfulness. Great swimming pool, spa and gym which open from 5am to 11pm. Breakfast was great. Next traveling to oslo we will definitely comeback to stay here. Highly recommended..... !

The hotel was in a nice area with restaurants and trains close by, The beds however were aweful they has what seemed like a mattress topper on that was lumpy and very soft so you would be sucked into the middle of the bed, They had a nice buffet breakfast onsite. We were not advised that Expedia VIp would get a 20 % discount and they would not honor it when we requested it be taken off our bill.

Ingrid at reception was fantastic in helping us with keeping the room and transferring from one reservation to the next. The room was fine, but the elevator lobby and corridors were filthy, aged and worn out.The sky bar is worth a visit.
