Cosy, rustic, historical house "Drömhuset", 2 storeys, from the 19th century, built in 1876, renovated in 2024, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5.3 km from the centre of Östervåla, 55 km from the centre of Uppsala, in the district Uppland, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area, 7 km from the lake, 7.7 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 4'327 m2, garden 4'000 m2 with lawn and flowers. 10 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5.3 km, supermarket 5.3 km, restaurant 5.3 km, bus stop "Östervåla busstation" 5.3 km, railway station "Uppsala" 50 km, sandy beach "Ettingsand" 7.7 km, lake Toften 7 km.
