Villa Marchesini is an enchanting villa in the heart of the Valle d `Itria. 
It offers a swimming pool surrounded by nature, a solarium and gazebo to relax to the sound of the crickets, restructured characteristic trulli to enjoy the typical Apulian atmosphere, and a beautiful luxury villa decorated with good taste and decor elements that make it a real palace for spend your vacation in Ostuni, Puglia. Suitable for  maximum of 19 people, but there`s the possibility to rent only 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for maximum 13 people. The rooms and other units that won`t be used remain closed but we guarantee our guests the exclusive use of the entire property. Pets are allowed on request.

Villa Marchesini is a magnificent villa located in the countryside of Ostuni. The green color of the olives, the typical spices of trees and the lawn surround the large turquoise pool. A true harmonious place where you can lay back and relax. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers. Near the pool there is a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs for lunch or dinner outside, in the shade of light curtains . The barbecue can be used to preparing excellent grills based on fine local meat.
Through
the paths of pale stones on the well-kept lawn, you reach the different
units of the beautiful Villa Marchesini: two small houses, two trulli
and a lamie, that represent the characteristic rural Apulian
architecture. The property is completely fenced with dry stone walls and nets, it is also equipped with an alarm system.
 
The 5 unites of the splendid villa, amongs the trulli, homes and lamie.
This
formula allows you to rent only the main house, the second house and
the lamie, but you always have the possibility to choose freely  6 rooms
from the 9 that are available. The first house has a spacious veranda,
a table and chairs so you can have lunch or dinner outside and relax.
In the adjacent area there`s a stone barbecue with sink. The interior consists of a large living room with dining room and seating area with a stone sofa and a TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. On the rear of the house there is an indipendent double bedroom with bathroom ensuite with shower ( 4 accommodations).
The second house has a small veranda with table and chairs shaded by a wooden roof and elegant curtains. Furthermore there are 2 double bedrooms of which one with 2 single beds,  and a bathroom with shower ( 4 accommodations).
The lamia is a beautiful typical house with vaulted ceilings, completely restored with care, elegant and very welcoming. On the ground floor there`s
a large double bedroom with bathroom/shower and an internal staircase
that leads to the mezzanine, where there`s a small and lovely double
room. (4 accommodations)  
The property has also 2 trulli. The first trullo is divided into a small but essential double bedroom, with bathroom/shower that is separated by a curtain.  and another bedroom with a French bed (3/4 accommodations)  The second trullo has a small double room with an en suite bathroom with shower. ( 2 accommodation)
 
The surroundings of Villa Marchesini
Villa Marchesini is immersed in the picturesque landscape of Ostuni,
about 7 kilometers from the city center, where all services can be
found, as well as a beautiful historic center that has to be discovered,
a long and famous culinary tradition and beautiful beaches, just a few
minutes away. The Adriatic beaches are very close: the closest is Torre Santa Sabina, about 15 kilometers away, The beach of Villanova is also not that far away, while the protected sea area of Torre Guaceto is about 20 kilometers away.
 
(For groups of 18 people it is possible to rent the entire property by consulting the Villa Marchesini card)
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the lamia, in casetta 1 and 2, in the bedroom of trullo 1 and trullo 2. (Only bedroom without air conditioning is the one on the mezzanine of the lamia).
