This property doesn’t have their own parking and parking in front the building is privately owned by someone other. Which is limited too. In my stay it was full and was asked by the employee at front desk to park near main road with parking which is also privately owned. And got 80$ tickets. When asked again at front desk they said we can’t do anything its not our property. Then why even suggest to park there.

Okay property but keep in mind when booking that this is a university residence. There are not a lot of amenities and they only clean your room after three consecutive nights of stay. We also had issues with our door, having to constantly go down to the front desk to get a new key every day. Fire alarm also went off one morning. Overall, it’s a good place to stay on a budget but if I could do it over again, I would have spent a little more to stay at a proper hotel. Having a full size fridge/ microwave/ sink was very convenient but there was no utensils/ cookware/ plates. I did really like that our room had two seperate bedrooms (only double beds) and a common area with a small table/ kitchenette.

To begin, this is not a Marriot Residence. It is a student residence during the school year. I mean, sure, it had two bedrooms (but they were only doubles). The sheets could have been more comfortable. Just know there is no TV, no iron, no dishes or utensils, To be labeled a Residency, the value seemed to be lacking. I would suggest bring your own towels, as the ones provided were more like burlap. Friendly front desk personnel!

Quiet and comfortable, easy access to downtown

Quite peaceful and comfortable but no kettle, coffee maker. Easy bus transport to downtown Ottawa on stop closeby. Ask front desk to point out shortcut to this bus stop. Is a student residence and therefore has no cutlery or plates. Large refrigerator and good microwave. No TV.

Room was clean and well looked after. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was handy and ample. Biggest complaint was it was confusing figuring out how to actually get there. It wasn't obvious with just a little lane off the back of a parking lot. Otherwise good.
