The room was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Only thing is even though the description says parking available, it is paid. CAD 20 a day.

We enjoyed the easiness of checking in and out without dealing with the wait of seeing someone. We did everything at our pace & convenience. The room was perfect with a full kitchen & pull out sofa bed to got our entire family. The underground was easy to access and get in & out. We were close to lots of shops, restos, gas station, highway & gliebe. Highly recommend!

Really cute appartment and we had what we needed. Gym was excellent and you could go for jog outside and it was closed to Canal Rideau. The game room was really fun. Lots of resto and bars on Bank st and Elgin st. Will go back for sure.

Fantastic value here! The place is basically a fully furnished apartment with all the essentials. Very private feel, secure building, and easy parking. Although, we couldn't get the kitchen lights on, bedroom tv remote was cracked in half, and the window wouldnt open. Also, the tv was mounted completely off centre, which was minor, buy still weird. We would go back for sure

I’ve stayed here before and I returned again because this property is in a good location at the right price. The facilities are also excellent for the price, including a full kitchen. It’s not luxury - but it’s the basics at a great price, with helpful staff and walkable to downtown.
