Staff was awesome! We had to bug the front desk lot for the override tv remote and the night host was awesome with my son. We will definitely be staying here whenever we're visiting Ottawa.

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Service was excellent. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that window AC unit was a bit loud but it did its job and room temp was comfortable.

It's ok, basic no major complaints.

We didn't get the room that was booked.. not big deal.. the AC was very confusing to control and it was very loud also it's 6 feet beside the head of the bed and hits you directly while your trying to sleep.

I really liked the Charge lab e-vehicle chargers and I tried them for the first time during my stay, and it was very reasonable to charge my car. The pool was great and I liked that my room was cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed too!

Conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. But unfortunately the room was noisy because of air conditioning and it had a hard time keeping the room cool. The hotel needs a renovation it’s very grungy looking and poor lighting in hallways.
