The hotel was close to all amenities. Restaurant right by the hotel(walking distance). Rooms were clean .

The fact that it takes 5 -7 business days to return a damage deposit of $200 is ridiculous - I've never had this happen at any other hotel chain. Also - I was but in a very noisy room, however, the staff were kind and moved my room.

Please fix air conditioner gap in room 107
Staff and check in was pleasant but I was sad to see they gave us room with an air conditioner that couldn't close and had a gap, letting air in from the outside so we had to amp up the heat to cancel out the cold. Had a blizzard on Tuesday; so the room was either suffocatingly hot or freezing cold. Also, a couple plugs weren't working. Otherwise, nobody bugged us,
