The holiday home consists of 2 floors: level 0 comprises a storage room, veranda, living room, equipped kitchen, hall, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with double box spring and bedroom with double sofa bed. Level 1 can be reached via the staircase in the hallway and consists of a bedroom with 2x single sofa bed, a bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin and a children's room with a cot.

In the nature reserve, flat and woody areas alternate with natural land dunes in white sand. The mine site in Zwartberg is 5km away, a real challenge for mountain bikers to reach the top without stopping.
