Just one block from Main Street, this second-story retreat offers floor-to-ceiling windows with Box Canyon views, all of the comfort of home and a private deck with a gas grill—perfect for cooking while tsking in the fresh Ouray mountain air. With modern updates, thoughtful touches, and an unbeatable location, this home is ideal for your mountain getaway.

• Laundry: This unit does not have a dedicated washer and dryer. Guests may use the coin-operated laundry room located in the building’s common area on the lower level.
• Kitchen: This home does not have a dishwasher.

This gem was perfect for our multi-generational family of four. The location is great and the unit was quiet and had everything we needed for meals in. The gas stove added a bit of charm (and warmth) for the cooler days during our stay. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect Spot in Ouray

We very much enjoyed this property as the perfect “base” for our family of four in Ouray. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and when we did need to drive parking right outside was very convenient. Communication with the owner was smooth and they were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

The Laughing Magpie was the perfect place for our family of four. Cozy, comfortable, and clean. It was a welcome refuge after eventful days of hiking, shopping, touring, and exploring. Check-in and check-out were easy compared to some of the other methods we’ve experienced in the past. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a simple, cozy place to stay.

Convenient and close to town

Lovely condo a few steps from downtown. The condo is great for a stay in Ouray. It has all the basics you could need and is very comfortable. Laundry is a few steps away. Our only dislikes were the skylight over the bed, and the kitchen could use a few more cooking prep items. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place, one towel hanging as clean had a sh@! Stain running down the middle of it, said it had air conditioning and just had a cooling fan, wanted to take an Rodin salt bath but the plunger in the tub didn't work. Other than those things, clean and a great location. Honestly would stay there again.
