•This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

•Guests are welcome to park one vehicle in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Guests that are seasoned at parking trailers up to 14-feet long are welcome to park up to one trailer in the driveway. Please contact our guest services team for parkng instructions.
•As with most properties in the area this home does not have air conditioning. We provide evaporative coolers and area fans to assist with cooling homes, along with instructions to help keep homes cooler during the warmer months.

About the Area:
In the summer and fall months access the North Corridor River Walk Trail is located just across the highway, with easy walking access to downtown. Take a short walk along the river trail to the Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, unique shops and authentic dining establishments. Hiking trailheads are nearby—the perfect base camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort with top five in the nation ski runs, according to Conde Nast. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
