‱ Please note that, as with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
‱ Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
‱ Parking Policy: Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in front of the townhome. RVs and trailers are not allowed. Free public parking is available next to Fellin Park on the west end of 9th Avenue.
‱ Grill Policy: This home does not have a grill, and grills are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The place was very comfortable and clean. However there was a gas bbq in the picture online but there was no bbq.It had been removed and the picture was not updated. Also if you wanted to watch tv, everything is streamed and you have to pay for it. There were no network channels to watch, for example local football. Otherwise the local was great, near town and beautiful views.

12 Days in Ouray

Unit was amply supplied with all household needs (soap, paper tiles, toilet paper, etc). Check-in process very easy and everything was clean and ready to go. Location is optimal for access to town, Box Canyon, and located right on the river; walking distance to all. Neighborhood was nice and quiet (unless you don’t care for the sound of the water rushing by - it was FANTASTIC). We would definitely plan to stay here again if/when we return to ‘Little Switzerland’!

Great Stay!

We had such a good trip! The property was well maintained and perfect for a couple's weekend. We grilled one night and ate on the patio. Played games at the table. Visited in the living room. Hiked, walked around town, ate out--everything was super close. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for our post hike showers. We would definitely stay again!

The property is in great location, very spacious and clean. Everything was great. Only suggestion, update toilets. The toilets are child height. Little tuff to get up and down with a group of 4 people over 65.

Had a wonderful time in ouray and at this property. It was clean. Great location. The only issue was the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were full not queen beds. It was a little tight for my teenage kids. Not a huge deal since we had the pull out couch. Would definitely use this place again if we get the chance to come to Ouray in the future

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! We’ve been coming to Ouray every summer for over 10 years and this is our favorite spot so far. Very spacious and clean. Right on the river. I tried to book it again for 2 weeks next year but someone beat us to it. Let us know if the cancel! (Last 2 weeks in July) 😁

Nice Stay

This was a spacious townhome with access to main street in Ouray. All the rooms were clean amd well maintained. The only complaint that I had was when the person who came in to replace the smoke alarm battery, he wasn't wearing a mask. So we had to sanitize the room and spaces he entered. I hope that the property management enforces strictask wearing policy especially when guests are in the property. Parking was limited to outdoor parking. The basement parking shown in the listing is not accessible to the guests. This might be a problem on heavy snow days.

PERFECT Ouray Escape! Right on the river!!

We lucked out so much when we stumbled onto this amazing and well appointed property! My wife and I had to do a few days of working via our laptops, but we wanted a much more beautiful setting to do it in, so we relocated to this beautiful home and town. It was fully stocked, furnished, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 6. The Internet was very strong, so my wife and I could work during the day, and the river and amazing downtown strip are just steps away, so our teenage to 21 yr old kid(s) could explore and fish all day and then we could adventure together in the afternoons and evenings. Ouray is the perfect launching spot for lots of great mountain adventures. We highly recommend the Via Feratta! Anyway, about the home, don't even think twice, it's amazing! The management company is so great and willing to help and communicate easily. There are beautiful neighbors that we got to know in the area of this home, the river rushing behind our patio 24/7 was just sublime! I had to pinch myself daily to think I could see a beautiful mountain and hear the rushing river while enjoying my tea on the patio. We can't wait to go back and rent this exact home!

Great location

The property is well-located right in the town of Ouray. Walk to Main Street. This is a townhouse at the end of the row, so only one neighbor on south side. Beautiful patios with outstanding views. The mattresses are new and relatively comfortable. There were a couple of window shades needing repair or replacement. As far as cleanliness, the owner/property management might consider ramping it up during this time of the pandemic. There was a lot of things left behind by other visitors in the kitchen, which did not feel COVID-19-appropriate. All in all, the place is really nice, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a very nice vacation.

Fantastic place! New beds a must.

This location is perfect. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, and hiking, but very quiet. The view is amazing out every window. Everything is modern. There was more than enough space for our family and everything was very clean with nice towels and a well-equipped kitchen. We didn't figure out that the two white chairs were recliners until a few days into our stay. As mentioned in a previous review, the addition of a coffee table would be a big improvement to the function of the living area. The only reason we are not giving a five star review is because of the beds. I had read reviews complaining about the beds, but liked everything else so much that I figured they couldn't be that bad. They were that bad. My husband and I slept in the king bed (barely) for two of our four nights. After that, I slept with my teenage daughter in the queen bed attached to the bathroom, which was better. My husband slept (sort of) on the couch. The other queen bed was nearly as hard and uncomfortable as the king. It was like sleeping on a bare box spring. This was a big disappointment as one of the selling points of this property was the king bed and the privacy of the wonderful master suite. Spending our vacation sleeping separately with our kids and on the couch while the master suite sat empty was not what we had in mind. It is unbelievable that the beds could be so poor in a property that is so awesome in every other way. With new beds, we would absolutely choose this property again.

Five Stars / Minus 1 star for beds

Was perfect for 2 couples. PLENTY of room. So convenient to everything. I totally agree with all previous 5 star reviews about location, cleanliness, great kitchen, parking, deck on river, etc. etc. so I won't repeat them all. It's all true! I only have 2 gripes. One was the beds. All the beds are box springs that everyone in our party felt were very uncomfortable. Too hard. Being well rested on your vacation is number one. This could be much improved with just a soft 2-3 inch mattress topper. Only other issue was we were all ready to put meat on the grill and both tanks were completely out of gas which made us have to scramble quickly to go find someone open that had propane. Luckily we found a place but had to pay the $12 for a tank refill. I'm sure this was just a fluke. Overall this was way better and more economical than staying in motel rooms and if we were assured the beds were improved I wouldn't hesitate to book again as it's got to be one of the best condos in Ouray.! Thank You!

Clean, quiet and convenient.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family. It was spacious and was convenient to town and trails. Our only complaint was that there were exactly 4 large glasses and 4 juice glasses. It worked for us (mostly) but if you had more than four people it would be an inconvenience. I still give the condo 5 stars though. Overall it was a wonderful condo. The water from the river behind the building and a canal/drainage ditch next to the building provided a nice water sound throughout the unit. Note that the drainage canal next to the building has very fast rushing water during rainstorms which empties into the river. There is no fence by the canal so if you have small children, keep an eye on them!
