Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS.
Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine.
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you.
Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet feeâadditional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Our yard is fully fenced and great walkable neighborhood.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stayâ we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless itâs necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
