Liked almost everything. Breakfast a little on the cheap side, but clean & well presented. Didn't like that website states that pay at facility requires you to pay in the owners' preferred currency - Euro's. Dollars should be acceptable payment, as this IS the USA. Overall, Comfort Inns are usually well kept & dependable.

This is worst hotel we ever stayed in. Floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the pool water had a film on it, wouldn’t recommend any to swim there. The breakfast was sub par. There was someone else’s bra left in closet shelf. The bathrooms were dingy and had stains on towels. No workers to be found ever. We were there for Miami orientation so I didn’t have time to alert staff of basic cleanliness.

I actually Checked out the 12th at 11pm. The clerk would not officially check me out. He said he couldn’t check me out until the 13th. Not real happy. The receipt shows the 13th for checkout.

Clean room, great beds and bedding. The shower was just a plastic shower pan and water got all over the place. Otherwise was a good room. Air conditioning worked great too. The pool was under renovation. Breakfast was sparse and not that great.

I killed a bug in the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling, the carpet was wet all around the AC unit, pillowcases and comforters had stains, the pool was shut down for maintenance and it was one of the main reasons we booked there for my son to swim in.
