Villa Gervasa is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 24 people. From Villa Gervasa you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Gervasa is 380 square meters (4100 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.1 km (0.7 miles) from the borough of Paciano, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 12.5 km (roughly 7.8 miles). You will reach Villa Gervasa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Gervasa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with tables. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, two deck chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

You will be able to enter the living room from the garden through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. The room has two small high windows.
