The house was very cute and quaint and clean, like all of Seabrook. The staff was all very friendly. I would NOT however recommend this particular rental property. The rooms stay very bright all night long- this could be fixed if they install blackout curtains. While the property does have a mini split a/c which does a decent enough job on climate control for the downstairs, the upstairs stays pretty warm all the time. “Open a window” you might say. That might work, but there are massive delivery trucks that come all the time, and they back up immediately adjacent to the house. 6am was the earliest, and 4pm was the latest. These trucks also block the one dedicated parking spot for the property so either you can’t get in to unload, or out to leave. When it’s not a delivery truck, it’s other guests who park illegally with trailers etc because it’s so close to the main office. I get it; you’re just going in “for a minute”, and it gets busy, so you park somewhere that’s not really a spot. That somewhere is unfortunately Lemon Drop. These are mostly just annoyances but I didn’t have a single good nights sleep the four nights we stayed there. We might come back, but definitely not to the drop.
