This cozy Shorepine Village beach house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a detached garage, perfectly positioned beside the Shorepine trail network. Follow the trail for an easy five‑minute walk to the dune ramp and beach access, or take a quick ten‑minute stroll to the Pelican Pub. Unwind on the deck with a propane grill and outdoor shower, or head inside to relax by the gas fireplace, stainless appliances, and a spacious kitchen island.
Parking available for only 3 cars.

Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
Dogs: 2 dogs maximum. Pick up after pets; no unattended dogs; no dogs on beds and furniture
Parking: Designated spots only - contact us if you need extra space
No Smoking or Vaping: including marijuana, inside or on the property.
Safety: Smoke + CO detectors and fire extinguishers are installed.
Bedrooms: No food or drink.
Shoes: Please remove indoors.

Best time… again

We have stayed in this property before… some renovations since our first stay 2 years ago… my grandkids favorite property. Comfortable and clean… the kitchen is well stocked with good cooking items… would recommend this property highly and we will stay there again.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was everything available to us that we could possibly need for our stay, plus more. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order (with the exception of a missing eject button on the DVD player in the kid's room, but we made due with a small tool). Family friendly (we had our two young grandkids staying with us).
Grandkids made a craft to decorate while we stayed.

Our stay was great! One small hiccup with the bunk bed being broken at a joint, informed the property manager right away of our discovery! The were very quick to respond and ask if we wanted them to check it out! All good, our son slept great in the bigger bed! The kitchen was fully equipped with all our needs, the garage had bikes, beach toys, chairs, and a wagon that was great in the sand! Plenty of towels, soaps, etc. that we needed. The outdoor shower came in handy with kiddos when they came back from the beach covered in sand! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, it was a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of traffic, great for riding bikes with our 4 year old all over! Walking distance to beach, market, coffee, and food!

Great Pet Friendly Beach Home

We (4 of us) had a nice stay in this beach home. We have rented before within Shorepine and we found this home to be welcoming and cozy and would sta here again. I was minorly bummed to realize there is not a master bathroom, but we managed :) our only true negative was the WiFi. Streaming shows on the TV was not great at all with many interruptions and we were unable to complete viewing a few shows. Hopefully this is a fixable issue for future clients.
