Inside the villa:
• Upstairs, guests will find two cozy double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a flat-screen Smart TV and a double sofa bed. A tastefully furnished porch in Provence style opens onto a large terrace with outdoor dining table, umbrella and spectacular lake views. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.
• The lower floor offers a quadruple bedroom, a second living area with a double sofa bed, another well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with modern amenities. A large furnished porch offers additional space to relax and enjoy lake views, while the dedicated barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dining.

Located near the historic center of Padenghe sul Garda, the villa offers easy access to the fascinating medieval streets and cultural attractions of the area, such as the 10th-century Padenghe Castle, which offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The city is also home to the Church of Sant'Emiliano, a beautiful Romanesque monument dating back to the 12th century.


The villa is about a 15-minute walk from the lake, though we recommend traveling by car or bike for added convenience. The surrounding region offers plenty of outdoor activities, from cycling to hiking to water sports, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.


Padenghe sul Garda is renowned for its excellent wine cellars, including those that produce the famous Groppello wine, making it a destination for wine and food lovers.


Combining a tranquil environment with easy access to local attractions, this villa is the perfect base for exploring the beauty and culture of Lake Garda, enjoying luxurious and comfortable accommodations.
 
Pets will be accepted only upon request at the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.
