Best location

We had the best stay at Giuseppe’s appartment. He was amazing, told us about the city, the landmarks, the stores, the restaurants, he made a reservation for our arrival night, really good food! And he also arranged for a garage as his appartment is in the ztl area. It was absolutely perfect! I definitely recommend this appartment! It’s a hidden treasure. Thank you Giuseppe! Extraordinaire appartement au centre de Padoue

Sur la belle place des Signori, grand appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et plein de charme. Les chambres donnent sur cour donc au calme. Central pour visiter les merveilles de Padoue et pratique pour aller passe la journĂ©e Ă  Venise( 30 minutes en train, l’appartement est Ă  15 mn de la gare). TrĂšs bon accueil de Giuseppe avec des conseils de visite et de restaurants. Une location que nous recommandons Ă  100%

Au centre de Padoue

L’appartement de Giuseppe est en plein centre de Padoue. Il est trĂšs propre, spacieux, confortable avec tout le confort moderne (dont la climatisation ce qui est apprĂ©ciable en aoĂ»t). Il est meublĂ© avec goĂ»t avec de beaux meubles anciens. Son emplacement permet de visiter Padoue Ă  pied, et de trouver autour tous les commerces et les restaurants. Nous avons aussi fait une excursion Ă  Venise en prenant le train Ă  la gare qui n’est pas loin. Giuseppe nous a donnĂ© tout les renseignements utiles sur les visites, les restaurants et mĂȘme les itinĂ©raires possibles pour un jogging. Il nous a aussi accompagnĂ© au parking pour poser notre voiture. Il avait prĂ©vu plusieurs attentions de bienvenue (gĂąteau et vin pĂ©tillant local, jus de fruit, lait, biscuit et eau fraĂźche). La communication a Ă©tĂ© hyper facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Giuseppe met us and helped us find a place to park. He helped us get our luggage to the apartment. He was so lovely, warm and friendly. The apartment was beautiful. He had a bottle of wine, cold water in the frig and coffee and milk there for the morning. He could not have been a more lovely host. We loved staying in this beautiful space in a lovely location. Padua is such a fun place to visit.

What a wonderful place to stay in Padua! The location cannot be surpassed as it is directly on the square however the double paned window allow complete quiet if one so chooses. The apartment itself is magnificently appointed with beautiful furniture and all accommodations needed for a superb sojourn. It is quite spacious more so than the photos indicate. Giuseppe, the owner, is most helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. Even coming to find us when our driver left us off in the wrong place and helping us get to our time slot at the Scrovegni chapel which would have been our only chance to see it. He was also helpful during our stay when any question would arise. We are most thankful for his support throughout. We look forward to another stay at this lovely location in Padua.

Excellent Apartment in an Excellent Town

For a multiday stay in Veneto, I opted to stay in Padua. It turned out to be an excellent decision. Padua is a 26 min train trip from Venice which makes it convenient if you want to see the sights of Venice but do not want to deal with Venetian crowds and prices and tourists. When you stay in Padua you are staying with Italians. The property is large and very well appointed. It is in the center of everything Padua so you get a really good feel for the town. I loved this apartment. If I were to stay in Italy, I would want one just like it. Our host Giuseppe— there are no words to describe how kind and helpful he was. This was a terrific experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the Veneto.

Fantastic place with the most amazing host

I give this property a five-star, which I normally never do. The host Guiseppi is amazing. The apartment is in the best part of Padova in the main square with the astronomical clock. It is within walking distance of everything in the city. All bedrooms are at the back and hence no noise from the square. Wifi and aircon worked flawlessly. Lots of good shops and restaurants right below.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location

Giuseppe saved the visit. Things started out poorly as Padua shuts down in August. The parking garage he sent us to was closed when we arrived. Since it was in the limited access area, we were now subject to a big fine. Giuseppe called the garage to get us a space and the police to prevent the fine. When we returned to the garage, he was waiting for us. He helped with our luggage the short distance to the lodging, giving us tips and info the whole way. At the lodging, he greeted us with a bottle of the local wine and a fridge full of cold water. There was also plenty of tourist information to fully explore the town. Giuseppe then worked to get us dinner reservations at his favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, his favorite was closed during our visit but the place he sent us was fantastic. The lodging itself was wonderful. It was decorated with beautiful antiques but had an airiness thanks to the high ceilings. Sitting on the second floor with a balcony looking over the square, we saw the bustle of the market during the day and the restaurants set up in the evening. We had three large sleeping rooms -- two with large double beds and the third with two twin beds. There were two baths -- one with a bathtub the other with a shower. The air conditioning worked well which was important with daytime temps in the 90's. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a washer and dryer. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Exzellente Lage ! GerĂ€umige Wohnung mit Balkon zum Piazza. Schlafzimmer ruhig nach hinten gelegen. KĂŒche relativ rudimentĂ€r eingerichtet (Wohnung fĂŒr 6 Personen hat nur 6 Gabeln, 6 Messer, 5 WeinglĂ€ser etc.). Air Condition im Wohnbereich nicht effektiv, da auch bei 34 Grad Aussentemperatur die Bodenfliesen in bestimmten Bereichen heiß sind. Offensichtlich fĂŒhrt eine Heisswasserleitung unter dem Boden durch das Wohnzimmer. Die Weinbar im Erdgeschoss macht sich von Zeit zu Zeit mit GerĂ€uschpegel bemerkbar. Insgesamt gesehen ein erfreulicher Aufenthalt

Very pleasant Italian experience

We had a wonderful time in Guiseppe’s apartment. First of all, Guiseppe is great to work with, very helpful and informative. We were a little confused with the directions, so he found us on the busy square and led us to the apartment. He then gave us a tour and explained everything about the apartment. He gave us dinner recommendations and walked my husband there to show the way so that I could stay with our tired kids. Then he checked in during the stay (via message) to make sure things were all good. The apartment is spacious with great views out the balcony. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, which were very helpful. The town itself is very cool, with lots of restaurants and shops. The buildings are beautiful. You feel like you’re in the middle of a hopping Italian town, but it doesn’t feel touristy. The train ride to Venice is maybe 15 minutes. All in all, we had a great stay in Padova and would be happy to return to Giuseppe’s apartment!

This was a great stay for our week in Padova. The apartment is very nice, well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Beautiful views out of the front terraces overall;ooking the square where you can witness how community squares are utilized in Italy; commercial vendors selling all manner of clothing during the day and then that is all removed and the restaurants and bars set up tables for the evening, truly something to see! There are no shortage of osterias right outside the front door and fine dining is all around within a 5 to 10 minute walk. You can truly get a taste of the real Italy and the local culture in this location. Guiseppe is a great host and communicates well. We would stay here again in the future!

Genuine Italian Flavour

We loved staying in Giuseppe’s flat, it overlooks the Piazza Signori and is really at the very heart of Padova. It is furnished with charm in a way that can only be Italian. Antiques that felt like a family home yet not so ‘prescious’ that you were afraid to use them. It really felt like home. It overlooks the square where you can enjoy joining the students in the evening, or stroll across to buy a Grom ice cream. If you are feeling less sociable you can sit on the balcony and watch life stroll by. It is busy in the evenings but the bedrooms at the back of the flat are quiet. During the day there is one of the many markets in the square, in fact everything is just a short stroll away. We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and I cannot think of a more perfect place to have stayed. Really 5 stars is not enough!

Amazing location and property!

It is hard to pick which was better - the clean, spacious, well equipped flat or the unbelievable location on Plaza Signori. Both were amazing! The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Giuseppe was an amazing host, greeting us on arrival, answering questions about the property and going above and beyond to help us secure the best airport transfer for an early Sunday departure and even making us dinner reservations at a great local spot for our first night. He was the most helpful host in all of my VRBO stays. The square is a market in the morning and a place to enjoy a meal or drink in the evening. Padua is a hidden gem in Italy and well worth a stay
for its own sights and its great location for day trips elsewhere. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more

Fabulous location and lovely apartment

Padua was one of our favourite places to visit In Italy, and Giuseppe’s apartment was definitely our favourite place to stay. Not only was the house, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped with the most fabulous view over the square. Giuseppe was above and beyond helpful, providing as many recommendations and being incredibly generous with his time. Family trip to the Veneto

A fantastic apartment, perfectly placed in the centre of Padova. The kids loved staying here and we loved sitting on the balcony after the kids went to bed. A short walk to the train station allowed us to travel to Vicenza, Verona, Bologna and Venice. We received a fantastic welcome to the apartment, and would recommend a stay to anyone.
