The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The lady in the kitchen didn't seem to know how to change the juices, the orange juice was water with a little orange coloring and she was asked to change it and she never did. Another juice was empty and she just put a note on it that they were out of that juice. All she did was open the machine and walk off to do other things.

Quite good overall

Bed was amazingly comfortable; hot tub was working great and much needed after 10 hours of driving! Room was good overall, but the couch in the sitting area was covered in crumbs and needed a thorough deep cleaning.

Upon check in, the female attendant seemed annoyed . No personality. Sounded like. Robot telling us our room # and what time breakfast started . No hot water. If we were lucky, it was tepid. Trash cans in lobby/breakfast all were overflowing. The staffs appearance/cleanliness bordered that of a homeless person.

The hotel recently renovated, and room comfortable, but staff neither trained nor interested in serving clients. As examples, Over 3 days, no housekeeping visited the room. TV signal never worked and 3 requests to fix it never done. Front desk rarely covered; on one occasion, two staff were sitting on the drive up area under the portal, one smoking a cigarette. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Several choices in the same area. A disaster.

Pro - my room was clean Con - staff. Im wondering if staff isn't allowed to be friendly? Workout room - thermostat was removed so I worked out in 82 degees. Room - loose toilet and toilet seat. Squeaky bed.

The hotel is only four-years old. However, if not properly maintained, it will go downhill quickly. Its reasonable price point attracts a variety of clients (including out-of-town construction workers). The facility is quiet and our room was clean, but there are already signs of poor maintenance (missing drain plug in bathroom sink, traces of mold-growth in shower and a missing wall light shade and light bulb in our room). For a 5-night stay, we only managed to get some basic housekeeping 1 day! House-keeping staff is overworked and desk staff are under trained, shabby looking and not very hospitable.

Cousin’s funeral stay

Was pretty good overall. I tightened the toilet seat that was very loose. Only other complaint was that it took a very long time for the warm water to flow in the sink & shower. The water never got hot at all.
