To enhance your exploration of Paducah`s vibrant offerings, we extend the privilege of two bicycles for our guests` use. Embark on a leisurely ride to Market House Square for a delightful ice cream treat or savor an evening cruise along the picturesque riverfront. Ample parking awaits in the neighborhood, and our strategic location merely a couple of blocks from `the loop` grants effortless access to every corner of Paducah, including the region`s premier hiking destinations. Welcome to The Dim Light: Lower Town, where we present four fully private condominiums, each complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, inviting living area, comfortable bedroom, and modern bathroom. Furthermore, every apartment boasts a secluded outdoor patio, while our communal backyard `hangout` area is accessible to all guests for their relaxation and enjoyment. Our outdoor theater operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we kindly ask that you consider your fellow guests while enjoying this amenity.
-We do not allow residents from Paducah or surrounding towns/counties to rent our properties. If your profile says you’re a local resident we will not accept your reservation. Please contact us prior to booking with questions. -The Outdoor Theatre & Bikes are shared with other guests staying at The Dim Light Boarding House. We do ask that you’re considerate of other guests when using these amenities. These are offered free of charge and available on a “first come- first served” basis. What a fun place to stay! There were interesting and often humorous decorations hiding around every corner. Bed was comfortable, decor was relaxing, location was amazing.

Beautiful Property!

This was a perfect spot for our couples getaway. It was decorated beautifully, absolutely spotless, and super cozy. I was worried that it might be a little uncomfortable given it’s an old building and we are in a heat wave. But it stayed perfectly cool. The bed and couch were both super comfortable. Location was just right. Close to everything but a quiet street. Hosts were super communicative. We didn’t need anything, but it was clear if we had, they would have been there to handle it. This property is upstairs, so that is something to be aware of when you book if you have a hard time with them. We will definitely be booking with these hosts again!

Great , Quiet Location

The Dim Light was in an excellent location, It was quiet and downtown close to all of the good restaurants and Carson Center. The hosts were very kind , attentive and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

Breath of fresh air

I absolutely adored this spot! It was so accessible to downtown and was in a lovely historic neighborhood that was quiet. The home smells amazing and the personal touches with the industrial brick and style are so qonderful added with historical pictures of paducah it makes for a lovwly ambiance, will definitely stay again!

Family visit in Paducah

We loved this condo. The decor eclectic which we liked. Everything we needed was sufficiently provided. Location for walking to historic district was so doable and loved the area. Only concern was outdoor furniture on the balcony needed a bit of cleaning. We will stay here again when we visit family. Appreciated the list of recommendations for everything.

Beautiful Property

This property had every thing anyone could ever imagine. The only thing I would change would be to have an iron/ironing board inside the actual unit, however the owner was super responsive and the unit was clean and modern. The decor was eccentric and probably wouldn’t appeal to everyone but the property is nice and welcoming. I would stay again if I’m in Paducah Ky!!

Amazing apartment in LowerTown Arts District

Very cute, with vintage eclectic decorations and many smart home upgrades. Even better than the pictures. It is only a few walkable blocks from the convention center. Owners were proactively responsive. The only suggestion I might make would be to add door guards on the interior. I would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We used condos #3 & #4. Great set up for us. We are a family of 4. Very clean, well appointed! My only recommendation is to put directions for the movie projector in the units & combinations for the groovy bikes. There was a bucket with popcorn & movie candy! Nice touch! We walked to the Ectera coffee shop every day. We drove downtown for shopping and restaurants. You could walk, but a little far for the area we were going. You will not be disappointed!!

Getting away for some R & R

This apartment was just what I needed. Beautiful, peaceful and in a great area that was off the beaten path but close enough to a lot of attractions in Paducah and Illinois. The owners kept in touch with me to make sure I had everything I needed but were not intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again!
