We did not like that we could not choose a room on the first level. We both have mobility problems and found it very difficult to manage the stairs. Secondly I don’t appreciate speaking to a person on a screen for check in. It’s so impersonal! We.would rather have a live person at the desk.

Older motel in the heart of Page that has been maintained well. Many non-chain and chain dining options within feet of the property. Full laundromat about a 1/2 block away. For groceries a Safeway market is across the street. Area is quiet and very walkable.

Phone in the room not working. Used my cell phone to call but get no answer. The air conditionerin my was not able to cool the room even at full blast. I got another room as the result. Again, called multiple times to request for more towls and got no answer. Went to front desk to make request for more towls. No attendance at the front desk but the robo-kiosk. I was told no big towls except the small ones at the desk. I got woke up at 1:18 AM by the very phone number that I called earlier and got no respond. I suspected the call was to get back at me for expressing my frustration earlier for the poor service I received, by the person on the other side of the kiosk. I called back couple more times right after and got no answer.

Only complaint I have is with check-in…the security deposit part. Originally the clerk told me $100 incidental needed n then came back to pay a she increased it to $250. I asked why a she couldn’t give me a legit reason for the increase.

Great value. Clean and basic. Mini Frig/freezer, microwave, TV. Room was clean and modern. Shower was a 3.9, clean, good water pressure and hot water. I am tall and the shower head was at my chin. Again, basic, but clean and modern. And can't beat it for the price compared to other in the area. I'd say here again.

Very old and run down. We tried to call over and over. No one answered. We had to check in on a kiosk. Someone had jammed the card system and the line to check in was awful. The room was crusty. Just little packets of shampoo and conditioner combined and tiny bars of soap. A bug flew out of our son’s bed when he pulled back the covers. No service to the room at all in multiple days. Almost $100 a night, which it isn’t worth.

Pool lighting too bright

I had a ground floor room in the northeast wing. At night, several floodlights facing down east into the pool area were too many, too bright, and too bluish, such that in the middle of the night I woke up thinking it was dawn, so much it seemed like natural light peaking from the sides of the drawn curtains, but it was the lights. Looking out, it felt like being in a stadium on game day. The motel should at least replace or filter the lights to be yellowish, unmistakably artificial, so it doesn't interrupt the sleep cycle. Aside from this, the room itself was large and adequate and included a desk and a micro fridge.

Ok but needs upgrades

Needs upgrades. Carpet was torn, bathroom was worn and in need of deep cleaning. Staff were great. Pillows were half the size of standard pillows. All in all ok, would definitely keep expectations to a 2-3 star hotel. Again staff were great, just needs some upgrades.

Inside room is very good with all amenities like oven and fridge. For that price, it was very good and even they provided free breakfast. Though it's not looking good from outside, it was very good inside.
