This is the perfect home to serve as base for all of your Northern Arizona activities. Guests can walk to the Rim Trail which is perfect for easy hiking, biking, walking and running. You can walk to downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops unique to Page. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are a 10 minute drive to paddleboard, kayak, boat or play in Lake Powell. Minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. 2 - 2-1/2 hour drive to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park or Monument Valley.

After a day spent sightseeing, adventuring or playing on the lake, our home is perfect to come home to and relax, enjoy making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the patio BBQ, kick back on the comfortable sofas and chairs to stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV equipped with the Amazon Fire Stick or sit out on the patio and bird watch.

The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped.

When you are ready for bed, settle into the master bedroom with skylights and a king-sized bed with new linens. The en-suite master has a semi-private double vanity and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with new linens. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. Also available is a pack-n-play for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick.

Amenities include fully-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar; gas BBQ grill with utensils; in home full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent; complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash; 4 flat-screen TV's equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks; free high-speed Wifi; linens, towels, central air conditioning and heat; free parking with extra space to park your boat and more!

- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes.

Pet Policy:
- Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.

Nicely appointed interior with plenty of space for gathering for meals or watching TV. The shaded backyard was lovely to relax in for a morning cup of coffee or tea. The location was close to many area attractions and the check-in process was easy to follow.

Perfect for the whole family!

We're a family of four and one little dog. This was the perfect house! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast before spending the day on the water. It was also close to restaurants for an evening out. The back yard was great -- enclosed and very private so we didn't have to worry about bothering the neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

This property is super conveniently located in a nice neighborhood close to Page restaurants and the various local attractions. Great place to bring a pup too with nearby walking trails and a dog park. Quiet and decently sized back yard and patio were nice to relax in. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect location for tours and restaurants in Page

The house was very clean. The kitchen fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to everything. Too bad the weather wasn't nicer we could have walked to the restaurants. The only issue I had was the door code was very long and if I didn't punch it in quick enough it would kick me out and I'd have to start over. It was very difficult to see the numbers on the keypad. Otherwise definitely would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.code.

Nice central location to much natural beauty

Nice comfortable place. Backyard was a bonus. Close to Safeway and walkable to a handful of restaurants. Close drive to antelope canyon, horseshoe bend and Glen canyon dam. Farther Drive to Lees ferry and coyote buttes. Lots of hiking nearby too.

Great cozy place

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this very clean and cozy home. Restaurants and Safeway grocery store are a few minutes down the road. Glen Canyon Dam is 2 miles away, a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Ideal location to visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and other nearby attractions. We made some unforgettable memories.
