Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
This outstanding home is located in a gorgeous valley with rolling hills surrounded by the iconic mountain of Pagosa Springs. Located on acreage, with a pond, and glorious mountain views, this three-story home is a fantastic Colorado getaway. Walking up the front steps leads to ample patio seating with a propane fire pit and unmatched views!

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a beautiful open floor plan of living room, dining room, bar, and kitchen. The bar offers two stools and is characterized by rich wooded elegance. The living room features plush seating and a fireplace-perfect for evening conversations! The kitchen is spacious with clean-cut tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and amenities galore! The dining room is tucked next to the kitchen with plenty of seating and views out of the surrounding windows. To the right, past the bar, and then down the hallway to the left is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Further down is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Moving past that hallway leads to the main floor bedroom featuring a queen bed, smart TV, reading nook space, and a balcony with seating.

Up the refined staircase defined by custom railing that is reminiscent of 20’s grandeur opens to an open floor living space with another fireplace, plenty of cozy seats for reaching and chatting, and a space with a table and chairs perfect for working remotely! Further along leads to the main bedroom suite featuring amazing mountain views, a king bed, and a smart TV. There is another full bathroom with a shower on this level for your convenience.

The bottom floor features an open entertainment space complete with a twin trundle bed, seating and a smart TV, a workout space, and a full bathroom with a shower.

Incredible place to stay!

My family (hubby, MIL, 2 boys & self) stayed here for spring break. This was by far the best VRBO experience. The house was very spacious (lots of beds) and had a level for each of us, plus 3 bathrooms! The house was beautiful and the kitchen had all the tools and gadgets needed. The property manager was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. They had a list of recommendations for the area, which was nice. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, a few miles drive outside of Pagosa Springs. Another bonus was there was parking in the garage (we have a large suv & it fit). It was quiet and peaceful. The area has a lot to offer, we skied and sledded plus experienced dog sledding and the hot springs. Highly recommend this house and town! We loved it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. We arrived about 45 min early and were allowed to check in early. Really appreciate that! About 18 min to Walmart and 36 min from Wolfcreek. I usually like to be closer to downtown, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

House and property was well appointed, very comfortable and all within a short drive to Pagosa Springs. Neighborhood is very quiet with excellent nighttime views of the stars. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Our 30 day stay only scratched the surface of the amazing outdoor experiences available within a short drive from the property.

Disappointing

As beautiful as the photos are, DO NOT be fooled. What you see/ read on Vrbo isn’t what you’ll get with this house. Though, if you are wanting to stay at a place where it’s dirty in various rooms, over charged for damage waiver you don’t get back, owners’ left SEVERAL disgusting opened/used foods in the fridge, gross uncleaned coffee device, passive aggressive notes in various places, multiple religious items all over the house, not able to park in their garage and a ton of snippy/barking prairie dogs, then this is the house for you. I’m sharing all this b/c I had no idea and property management isn’t helpful. The upside was it was quite and neighbors are nice.

Great getaway

We immediately fell in love with the place, even more than we did with the posting we viewed online. It’s in a perfect location for our family to experience the beauty of the mountains and the quiet of the countryside. Driving down the entry road to the property we loved seeing the dozens of horses near the fence line. The house functioned beautifully for our family of five. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay just outside of Pagosa Springs.

Nice quiet, clean mountain getaway

Great location away from tourist attractions and traffic but close enough to horse back riding, tubing, hot springs and hiking. Huge mountain location. Quiet neighborhood with scenic views and wildlife. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. I recommend this location to any travelers looking to visit Pagosa Springs.
