The manager was welcoming and caring. Anything that was not in our room that we needed, he responded quickly with the items. The balcony had a lovely outlook and the room was well ventilated having two entrances. It was quiet even though on a busy road. Building set well back from road. Would stay there again.

The staff member was very welcoming and helpful. However this motel is very old and in need of maintenance and a general upgrade. But this was reflected in the price, as it was a lot cheaper than other motels in the area.

Served our needs. Its just around the corner from Paihia, and is quiet, clean, and has Sky TV. Theres a very small playground, and indoor games room. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. The entrance driveway is steep downhill off the main road, easy to maneuver. Car park is down at the base.

A nice wee place to escape big city, it has everything you need, pool, BBQ and a hot tube. The Manager was amazing, giving you advice of what to see and what to do. Will definitely come back.

Bathroom mold the ceiling and down by the door frame. Kitchen Stove must be at least 80 years old 1 element broken and when I turned another one on to heat food the element smell. Curtains went to close them and there were hocks missing and looked like no cleaning had been done behind them for a long time going by how many cobwebs there were.. A noticeable stain on the carpet as you walk in. The ranch slider could do with some CRC as hard to open and close. Area in front of unit also needed a tidy up. Would I stay there again no. But I guess you get what you pay for. If the $$ had not already been taken on my credit card I would have canceled and stayed else where.
