In a prime location, a short walk of 800m from the picture-postcard sandy bays and atmospheric restaurants of this most coveted of coastal beauty spots, and only 1.5km from the neighbouring and equally sought-after bay of Llafranc, this ideal Mediterranean residence sits within walking distance of some of the prettiest beaches and charming restaurants on the Costa Brava.

This villa offers something really special. Calella de Palafrugell is perhaps one of most emblematic whitewashed fishing villages to be found along this spectacular coastline and to be able to simply wander down and enjoy its majestic beaches and fine fish restaurants is a real treat. Not to be forgotten, of course, is the equally appealing proximity of Llafranc. Instead of using the car to get there simply take the picturesque 'Cami de Ronda', a coastal footpath that hugs the shoreline to provide a spectacular route to its restaurant-lined promenade and crescent-shaped beach.

Beyond the golden sands and seafront promenade of Platja de Canadell a quiet residential street will lead to an entirely enclosed private property. This villa has been completely renovated to a very high standard and is a very comfortable choice.

The house consists of an open plan sitting room/dining room with sliding doors for outdoor/indoor living, a spacious kitchen and three generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite.

There pool is private and surrounded by a large spacious terrace and a landscaped garden which is completely enclosed. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a BBQ provided.
