The Palau Green Village residential complex was designed in keeping with the island\'s tradition and architecture. All apartments are made of typical Sardinian stone and set in manicured gardens created with Mediterranean scrub plants and wind-sculpted granite rocks from Gallura. Pedestrian paths surrounded by greenery connect the apartments to the swimming pool.

The residence is 500 meters from the center of Palau, a 20-minute ferry ride from the island of La Maddalena with its spectacular marine park, and a 30-minute drive from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, only 150 meters away, overlooking the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena, is surrounded by a thick pine forest with fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities.

The comfortably furnished apartments can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a furnished balcony. The one bedroom apartment has kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.

There is public parking.


MANDATORY FEES TO BE PAID ON SITE AT CHECK-IN:

1) STAY TAX: to be paid on site in cash, in force at the Municipality of Palau. The amount varies depending on the period.

2) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - check-out by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to the property to issue KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex is carried out the separate collection and disposal of waste in special containers.

3) The apartments are located within a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (to be requested at the time of booking and paid on site):

(1 hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 sweet or savoury croissant)
2. Cot (0–3 years, on request): € 5.00 per night

5. Pets: 1 pet per apartment (max 25 kg – common areas excluded), € 50.00 extra cleaning fee

7. Highchair / Stroller: € 5.00 per day each
