Bon emplacement

L’appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé (face à la mer, lave vaisselle, grand frigo, bcp de vaisselle) Par contre il est vieillissant et aurait besoins d’un bon rafraîchissement (plâtres plafonds et murs fendu qui se détache, portes de placard cuisine en très mauvais état, coussins du canapé décousus, carrelage vieux et abimé, porte d’entrée impossible à ouvrir…), bref quelques réparations à effectuer et l’appartement sera parfait.
