It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins.

Die Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage, besonders für Städtereisende, sie liegt nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, unmittelbar bei der Kathedrale. Dennoch ist sie ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, bei längerem Aufenthalt die Waschmaschine hilfreich, denn es gibt auch bei 16 Tagen Aufenthalt kein Angebot für einen Wäschewechsel. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für Selbstversorger etwas spärlich. Unglücklicherweise hatte ein Wasserschaden das Parkett großflächig angehoben, was durch darüber gelegte Teppiche verdeckt und weniger gefährlich gemacht wurde. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, die sich mit der Fernbedienung nicht steuern ließ. Dieses Problem ist in 16 Tagen nicht gelöst worden. Ärgerlich! Insgesamt empfehlenswert, Problemlösung ist verbesserungsfähig
