At the "Quattro Canti" of Palermo, in front of Piazza Pretoria, in the middle of the Arab-Norman UNESCO route in an ancient nineteenth-century building, completely renovated, on the first noble floor, equipped with an elevator.
You will have:
Large living room with TV, bookcase with available art volumes, a dining table, a very comfortable sofa with double bed. A library.
A large bedroom with double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, clothes hangers.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and three toilets.
Kitchen with hood, hob, oven, fridge.
The house is equipped with heaters, air conditioning and internet connection.

Host description:

We are a family of three (see us in the photo) and we have decided to rent our apartment to guests who wish to stay in our beautiful city. We are available to offer advice to visit the places of greatest interest and to be able to eat well in the places we think are the best. Palermo offers excellent food for good taste. We will be at your disposal to welcome you, especially Alessandro, who loves having contact with guests ... soon ...

The apartment is located in "Quattro Canti" in Palermo, in front of Piazza Pretoria, (at the center of the UNESCO-Norman Arabian path)
The apartment is located on the second floor - with lift - of a19th century building.
It is quite large, well laid out, tastefully decorated, and has all the amenities you will need:

Hello Everybody. We are Giovanna, Piero and our son Alessandro (See picture above / below)

Excellente adresse dans le coeur de Palerme

On recommande vivement cet appartement : spacieux, meublé avec gout, d'une propreté irreprochable et surtout proche des principaux lieux a visiter. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité de l'hÎte et la mise à disposition de differents aliments (café, pates,anchois..)

Location is good if you are wanting to be in the thick of things. The streets don't sleep until 3am on some night so if you are wanting something very peaceful I would stay out of town. The host did come up and help us with the door, the key is tricky if you aren't used to skeleton keys. I will say the shower is very small so take that in consideration. The apartment worked well for the time we were there.

Excellent location

It’s a great location for exploring the city: right next to the main walking street that leads to the cathedral, and an easy 14 minute walk to the railway station if you want day trips (we went to Cefalu). A few more towels and a bathroom mat would have been good. The bed was comfortable. It’s sometimes a little noisy at nights but that’s to be expected. Very convenient. We did not go to any winery. I have no idea why that question appears here.

The property is an apartment located in a building on Vicolo Paterno, a side-street, and so it was nice to access away from the crowded via Vittorio Emanuele street. The person in charge of the property was also very helpful, pointing out where I could buy a SIM card. It is about a 20 minute walk to the train station where I could catch a bus to the university, so convenient location as well.

Wonderful location and great apartment

Definitely a place we would stay again. The apartment had plenty of room and was well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is great. Navigating and understanding the historical downtown area was somewhat frustrating so I'd recommend researching this before driving your car into that zone.

Easy to find and central to everything

Had a great stay at the apartment. After forgetting an item, the host, Flora was able to meet us to get the item back before we flew out! Great air conditioning and water pressure (though the shower was a bit of a squeeze to enter), we would recommend it to friends. Thank you.

Prima ontvangst. Fijn appartement voor 4 personen midden in de stad Palermo. Alles op loopafstand. Goede communicatie via wats app. Alleen de slaapbank in de kamer voldeed niet. Er was niet op de slapen. Hebben de te dunne matras op de grond moeten leggen om nog wat rust te krijgen. Heb daarover al met de eigenaar contact over gehad. Als dat is verbeterd, dan zeker een aanrader!!!

Allesandro was very efficient with the check in. He met us at the property, helped us with our luggage, showed us the operation of the property. He also arranged transportation for us to go to the airport. The location is perfect. It’s located within a block from the historic center of Palermo. The piazza of shame (one of the iconic sites in Palermo) is across the street. The sites we wanted to visit were all within a comfortable walking distance away.

Lovely modern apartment in the heart of Palermo

We spent a full week in this highly interesting city with its great sights from many different eras and cultures. The apartment is next to Quatro Canti and 5 minutes from the airport bus stop in Via Roma (Rinascente store). So most of the sights can be reached on foot, there is also a free minibus for the historic centre. The elegant apartment is very tastefully renovated with a stucco ceiling and frescoes, besides it is well equipped (good mattress as well) and stocked (coffee, tea, biscuits, jam...)! The host family gave us a warm welcome and Alessandro took great interest in our well-being and could always be contacted by cell phone. The apartment is close to busy spots, so expect some noise in the evening - don't forget your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. There are many nice restaurants, bars and coffee places in the vicinity. All in all, the apartment is ideal for exploring this exciting city! Thanks, Alessandro and family!
