Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Tuesday and Fridays are trash days. Please move trash can at end of driveway on these days for pick up.
Please turn off fans if you leave for the day. Switch near front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No swimming is allowed in the lake, pond, or canal. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as there are alligators in the Pond.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while near the pond. Wild alligators may be in the pond at any given time. Its a natural spring.
This booking includes access to the downstairs area of the property only. The Front door is the rental.
