There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.

There is free parking within the gated community next to the property.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

We received a cancellation notification 12 hours before our flight was scheduled to leave for West Palm Beach, stating “we are unable to host you”. I messaged the property management team “Aspen” for more details and they have yet to respond (a week later). We scrambled to change our flight, rental car, and search for another rental. We ended up flying to Arizona and had a wonderful stay at a different VRBO. We were told it could take 15 business days for our full refund to hit our account. We love this area, but disappointed in the cancellation communication via email at 9:00 pm before our flight was scheduled to leave at 9:00 am the next morning
.other than “we are unable to host you”. We assume it was rain/weather after reading later in the news.

Family friendly fun for 8 people

We brought our four young children, including an infant, totaling four adults and four kids. We chose this property instead of a couple of hotel rooms and we were sooooo happy with our choice! The kids loved the bunk beds. There was a high chair and crib for the baby. The kitchen had adequate amounts of dishes and appliances. We loved watching the wildlife on the water—the golf course view was peaceful and beautiful! The pool was never crowded and had plenty of chairs for lounging. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe with great walking trails and a couple of playgrounds nearby. David checked in with us several times asking how are stay was going. Overall, we absolutely loved our choice and look forward to returning!

April vacation

The check in process was super easy. Owner sends all important information via email, very straight forward of everything you need to know. The place was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfortable. It has all the conviences of home, full kitchen with everything you would need for cooking, washer dryer, great air conditioning which is sometimes a rare find down in Florida in some houses you rent! Beautiful property and super safe in the gaited community. Everyone was super nice, and owners responded quickly when I had a question. I brought my 2 teenage kids, and they fell in love with the area. I will definitely be returning to this same property if its available for our next trip!

Great all-around!

I normally stay at PGA national, but for almost half the price and for a far Superior property, I stayed here. Would not hesitate to stay again. beautiful home very quiet, easy access and parking, everything was immaculate, and all supplies and amenities were taken care of. Great for families with two bathrooms and cool bunkbeds. Highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was very comfortable and clean. View from porch was very pretty. Host was fast to reply with any with any questions that we had. PGA national is very conventionally located to many stores and restaurants. Beaches just 20 minutes away with free and easy parking. Also very close to turnpike and 95. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home and gorgeous sunrises

I do not normally post reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank David for sharing his home with us. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the home worked beautifully for us. The 3 bedroom home, the kitchen and great screened in porch with AMAZING sunrises was an unexpected surprise. We celebrated birthdays and the holidays and hope to do so again. Thank you.

Villa with a View

This villa offered a very comfortable stay. It had great beds and linen. Bathrooms were just like pictured. The view of golf course and water feature was delightful. TV’s in each bedroom but you need your own streaming info. WiFi great. The owner very communicative. Most of our stay it was two of us. When we were 6 there was not enough silverware, glasses or towels. It would have been a problem if I could not borrow from friends I had in the area. I mentioned this to the owner. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items.

Beautiful Condo

David was a pleasure to deal with and made everything seamless. The condo was great and I'd definitely stay there again. The dryer was acting up and not working near the end of the stay, but that's just part of life whenever you stay at a place with appliances. David was on top of everything and the condo had everything needed to be able to show up with only clothes, etc., and move right in. 5 star host!
