The Space:

Enjoy a brand-new heated in-ground pool and a warm, cozy interior, perfect for a memorable getaway. Located just a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart drive to the beach, and steps from Bing’s Landing State Park and boat launch, this property is ideally situated for coastal adventures. An added bonus: bring your boat or RV or camper! The home offers side parking with a 50Amp electric hookup.



The family room is designed for relaxed evenings together, featuring a 65" smart TV, a comfortable leather sofa, and an armchair. Gather at the spacious dining table that seats eight, with additional bar seating for four—perfect for family meals or hosting friends.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Master Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite luxury bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in shower.

- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, shares a full bathroom with tub/shower combination with the third bedroom.

- Kids’ Quarters: Third bedroom outfitted with a bunk bed ( Full size bellow, Twin on top and Twin trundle) and a large smart TV for added entertainment.

Let us know if you would like to add a pool heater for $287 per week, or $45 daily for shorter stays, or $200 per week on longer stays. Pets are welcome at $100 per pet per stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to a home, private and fenced yard, and in-ground heated pool. . Guests are also provided with a complimentary golf cart, making it easy to access the beach.



Check-in time anytime after 3:00 pm 



Check-in info:  

Please make sure that the Golf Cart is always charged.

Please ensure you sign the Golf Cart Waiver if you plan to use it.

Please make sure the Golf Cart is parked under the Roof.



Check-out time by 10:00 am.



Before departing, Please do the Following:



- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.

    We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.



- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.



- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.



- Please DO NOT remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.



- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated (but is not required).



- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.



- Please place all trash in the outdoor receptacles.



- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.



- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated.



Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.





List of what is provided:



Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap. Also included are beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up towels, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Combo Keurig coffee machine and coffee station. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you require any specific kitchen items so we can try to accommodate you prior to your arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Malacompra is home to Malacompra Park, which features pristine beaches, scenic walking and biking trails, and excellent spots for fishing, picnicking, and surfing. It’s also popular for its proximity to Bings Landing Park and boat launch, as well as Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, where you can explore unique coquina rock formations, formal gardens, and hiking trails. Minutes to Marineland Dolphin Park and historic St Augustine.

This neighborhood is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to biking and walking trails that wind through maritime forests and along the coast. Its quiet, residential feel combined with the beauty of the natural surroundings makes Malacompra a hidden gem in Palm Coast for those seeking a serene and scenic retreat.



Getting Around:

You will need a car or a golf cart or a bicycle to get around the area. You can also walk to a few restaurants, beach and park near by.



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. The pool heater is available for $45 per day, $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay. If the Propane tank for the gas grill is empty, you can exchange it at any Publix Supermarket.
