Palm Coast Home: Easy Access To Everything

Our host was incredibly gracious. Super responsive to everything that we needed. We ended up having a couple grandchildren join us and it was a great place with bunkbeds for them to use.Super easy to get any place we needed and a short drive to the beach. We comfortably fit three adults and two children with no problem. We had access to our garage to store on our beach stuff, and the washer and dryer were great to use as well.

Amazing

Absolutely perfect! We had our two dogs with us, the back yard was perfect for them! The house was so clean and smelt sooo good! Kim was so easy to work with and communication and check in was smooth! Lovely neighborhood and could not have gotten a better deal! A short 15 minute drive to Flagler Beach!

Winter getaway

Property was good and location was nice and quiet. Had an issue with refrigerator but Kim took care of it for us. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Was nice being close to beaches whether you wanted to go to St Augustine or south to Daytona. Husband liked use of garage as we were fishing. Wish weather would have been better but still enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kim

The house was cozy and comfy. We had a issue with the fridge not working properly and we raised the issue to owner. Kim was very responsive and bought a new fridge to replace the one broken during our stay. It was suitable for ny husband and i and our 2 service animals. small

LOVED IT!

It was the perfect home for us while on vacation. We truly enjoyed our time there! The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable lol. We also got to bring our dog which was awesome. Highly recommend!!

Nice place

It is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. It is not far from beaches and less than an hour from Daytona. There is no lock on the bathroom door which is a little weird when you are sharing the house with non family. Otherwise it is a pretty nice place to stay.

A place to sleep

We just slept here while caring for an elderly relative that lives nearby. It was adequate for that. It felt cobbled together. But we felt safe with the locks on the doors. The dog loved the big fenced in back yard. And we had a minor issue that the owner promptly replied to, which was appreciated.

If you like the beach, this location is close to Flagler Beach! Nice quiet neighborhood to a bike ride in. Shopping close and convenient. Everything found within minutes. The host was wonderful as well.

Wonderful getaway 💛

I would 1st like to say that Kim was amazing to work with!! Kim and her husband are honest and kind people! The house was lovely and as pitchured!!The bed was very comfortable and great soft sheets! We have plenty of room, and there was 2 bedrooms ,that we didn't even use! The kitchen was wonderful to work in, nice appliances. We brought two little dogs, and we all enjoyed the yard! We really felt like it was are little vacation home! The neighborhood was lovely and we felt very safe! Lovely family next door, they were fun and kind! We we not far from the beach , or anything else. We had a wonderful time, and would recommend this property!! Please check out , Le Creperie!! It only 4 miles away, and amazing authentic French food! Great place!

Kim was very responsive to messages. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed, such as extra towels, sheets, and washer/dryer access. I would highly recommend to anybody headed to the area. Within 20 minutes of some excellent beaches and lots of nice restaurants and shops!
