Comfortable Coastal Top Floor Penthouse Corner Condo with Ocean & Golf Course Views at Cinnamon Beach

Spacious floorplan offers over just over 2000 sq. ft. of living area, and features an elegant entry foyer, luxurious kitchen with seating at the counter and a breakfast nook, cozy dining room and living area. This condo has plenty of space and privacy with 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The laundry room is in the unit and extremely convenient for longer stays. The best part is a large balcony overlooking the ocean and golf course!

Enter through the front door and you have made it to your home away from home. The open concept living and dining areas are the perfect spots for your family to gather together. The kitchen is also connected to this space with additional breakfast nook to enjoy. Brew up your morning coffee in the Keurig or the Drip Coffee Maker. Grab some drinks and snacks and take the short walk to the beach access and start relaxing.

The primary suite boasts a calming atmosphere. Kick your feet up on the King bed and soak in the views. The attached master bathroom presents a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities. The 2nd bedroom hosts another King bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The unit’s 3rd bedroom features a Queen bed and a full bathroom just across the hall. This set up is wonderful for a couples' getaway or a family retreat.

Off of the main living space is a grand balcony with a dining table and addition seating for further relaxation and ocean views!

Beautiful unit with a nice view. Patio furnishings were comfortable and lovely. This is our 5th time renting in the Cinammon Bch condos and will always return. The amenities and beach are wonderful. A wonderful family atmosphere. The condo was very clean. The mattresses great. My only complaint was the sliding glass door needs to be repaired so it closes all the way and locks. The door is extremely heavy to slide. The couch is worn, but great large for families.

Worked for us

We've got great friends that own in Hammock Beach Resort to was pretty familiar with all. Goals met in getting some time with them and our own time. Only negative is that I believe I left my billfold behind at the place but we've left a note so hopefully cleaning finds. Thank you for the rental. Best.

Far away Ocean view

From the master bedroom only a small window view of the ocean; too far away to even see the beach sand. No access to balcony from main bedroom. Second bedroom has a window to the stairwell/front door. Third bedroom had a view of parking lot/manmade pond. Each bedroom is very private. The buildings are very close so even though its a penthouse you are met with the next buildings penthouse. When the window shades and balcony shades are open all is in direct view of the above mentioned penthouse. Beach access was actually a drive. So you won't be able to carry chairs, canapy, coolers unless you bring a rolling cart.

Beautiful Grounds!

The community had two pools (one was heated the other pool was not). Beach access was easy. The hot tub was small but could accommodate at least 5-6 adults. The weather was horribly cold and rainy. Having activity options for those days would have been nice; perhaps having games available. Having nothing to occupy our time we decided to leave the community to find something to do. We found out quickly that every time we did… it cost $3.00 for the toll to get back on the island and to the condo. One negative and controllable issue was the outdated, dirty coffee maker that took 25 minutes to brew two cups. It was difficult to understand why the owners wouldn’t spring $150 for a solid working Keurig. Hot water for showering was inconsistent and 14 plus 60 watt lightbulbs in the primary bathroom was too many. I had to remove 12 bulbs to just walk in the bathroom without being blinded. Overall, I thought the place was good and I wished I had the weather to experience the lanai view and beach.

The condo is a little further from the beach than many, but not too far to walk with a heavy cooler and beach chair.
