Newly remodeled furnished condo. This country club is located across the street from the JW Desert Springs Marriott and is within walking distance to top area restaurants and grocery stores.

Two furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office space, laundry room, living room, kitchen and patio. Located in Palm Desert, this condo overlooks a pool and spa and this guard gated community offers a clubhouse restaurant and bar, full fitness center with weight room, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course. For pickleball lovers, this property features 8 courts and has open play daily from 8am-12pm.

Property is near Palm Desert shopping district El Paseo and less then two miles from Acrisure Arena! If you plan to do any hiking make sure to let me know. I will provide you information on the best trails in the area, including where you are most likely to find the Bighorn Sheep.

Wonderful Stay!

My family came out for a quick weekend to golf and swim. Matt was an incredibly kind and considerate host. The house fit the four of us perfectly and it was wonderful to have the pool right outside. We will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at Matt’s unit and it was even better! We have stayed at many units around the area and NOTHING COMPARES to Matt’s ! It truly feels like coming home instead of a completely bare and empty space. Q tips hand soap so many little details really put this beyond hosting to a well thought out experience! Desert Falls

This condo was spotless and nicely updated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the BBQ on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and ample supply of towels. Nice to have separate laundry room with “house” size washer and dryer. Desert Falls was very welcoming to renters and we were able to use gym, tennis courts, and participate in morning drop in Pickleball. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful week in Palm Desert

We spent a great week golfing, hiking and hanging out by the pool. Morning walks to the fitness center were also part of our routine. The unit was well equipped and the owner was very responsive.

VERY nice spacious roomy condo. Matt was the perfect host. The 17 stairs made it a bit tough to carry in luggage (I'm 82). We've stayed in lots of VRBO's and this was as good as it gets! We'll be back (with lighter suitcases)

Quiet stay in Palm Desert

Excellent location to a conference in Rancho Mirage for our family! Listing reflected the condo completely. Owner is exceptionally responsive, and we were left a well-stocked bar refrigerator after our long drive and night arrival. Provided lots of extra towels and pool toys; washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry before leaving. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Great condo in a central location, with everything we needed and then some! Loved that the pool was so close, as we came down to relax and soak up some sun - didn’t expect record breaking heat! Access to the garage was nice too! Matt was a great host!

The property was very nice and clean and comfortable on first impression when you walk in the door and our stay met or exceeded all our expectations. The host Matthew made check in and check out a breeze and he was easy to get in touch with. Unit was very near one of the pools and spas in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and property!

This was our third Vrbo inside desert Falls, and by far our favorite, The overall attention to essentials and atmosphere really made for a pleasant stay. After a long road trip checking in was very easy. Communication was easy as well. Swimming pool just out the back door what more could you ask for 10 out of 10 property!
