Marriott Desert Springs Villas #6 - 1 bdrm 4/10-4/17

This rental includes the 1st full weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival.

Please note there is a 4-night minimum with this rental and the only day to check-in for the 4 nights of Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday is Friday the 10th. Different arrangements may be made upon agreement of both the owner and the guest.

However, if you decide to use any of the other 3 nights, they are available for just $88.00 a night with no minimum for those 3 nights.. (Disregard the $150 it says on the calendar.)

Your rental also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the two golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel with its gigantic and gorgeous lobby with a bar and a large body of water with boats that will take you to its array of restaurants and shops.

Shuttle bus from the resort to the Music Festival stops at DSV but please check with the Concierge for the schedule when you arrive.

The DSV resort property has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTIONS: The one-bedroom KIng Suite unit sleeps 4. The bedroom has a king-size bed and has its own TV. It is spacious with a beautiful 2-room bathroom. In one room there is a large shower, sink and counter and toilet. In the other rom that opens out into the bedroom, is the whirlpool bathtub with a large vanity and sink. .

The good-sized living room has a large TV, a fireplace and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a large refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nice dining area. There is also a clothes washer and dryer. Best of all, a nice patio deck accessed from the bedroom and the living room overlooks one of the lush golf course fairways.

Additionally, there is also a studio unit available that also sleeps 4. If you would like them both I can try to get the two joined together but there are no guarantees that can be done.

A major supermarket is located just 5 minutes up the street from the resort entrance.

Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
