Polite staff, more or less clean rooms, bed and bathroom clean. Noticed mice droppings in the fitness room but no where else in the hotel. Would consider staying there again. This was my second time there in 3 years.

When we arrived to check in the lady in the front had an attitude didn't even smile. I've worked in customer service before and her attitude didn't make us feel welcome. She has black short hair. Even when we were checking out still same attitude. We had kids with us and she made it seem like the kids bothered her. The tub handle was still dirty. The sheets had 2 red stains.

There was no lactose free milk & creamer. There was no caffeine free tea. Breakfast was not as good as expected. We didn't want to face the street. They said we had to pay an additional $35 if we wanted to move to the other side of the street.
