Beautiful grounds, lovely pools, and great views. Some small service and attention to detail issues, for example, the clock was 20 minutes off, the in-room refrigerator was noisy (but had a nice ice maker), and poor shower pressure.

I like it but not enough to come back.

Having stayed at this property numerous times over the years. It’s definitely evident that the services are less and the maintenance is more reactive than proactive. Cheapened by the new addition of swaths of artificial grass in once was beautiful green grassed areas. The service is pretty much non existent and compared to how it used to be, you now need to actively find someone if you want assistance. It’s sad, but clearly it needs an injection of more money than is willing to be spent to bring it up to its former glory. It’s was nice, just nothing special. And they now charge for self parking which always amazes me considering almost every guest arriving is self driving. Just why do this? It cheapens the property - but I guess that’s what happens when the brand is downgraded.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. only issue I had was with other guests not keeping the area of the pool clean, they would leave their trash and dirty towels on the floor, other than that we had a great time
