There were 4 of us that stayed at the property. We all slept in our own rooms and one on the couch. The house was very well stocked for this situation with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items. Honestly probably one of the better stocked houses I have been to. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and we were comfortable inside and out. The pool was wonderful (we paid for it to be heated and it was perfect), the seating outside was great, and the grill worked well with an extra propane tank in case the first one ran out. Check out was a breeze with little responsibility on us which was nice.
Location - a mile from the airport. Grocery store about a half mile away and downtown is a mile away. All very walkable. 2 bikes available for free (that need a little TLC) but nice to have for sure.
The negatives - Like others have mentioned, you are basically on your own once you get there, and there arent many directions for things within the house. We paid for the pool/spa to be heated, but could NOT find the spa controls anywhere. I called Vacasa on our second day of our 5 day stay, spoke to someone after holding the line for 10 minutes, she knew absolutely nothing about the house (probably at corporate office), and said she would have the local property manager get in touch but no one ever did. We DID end up finding the remote to the hot tub by accident on the last night which was in the living room on a shelf in a place that made no sense. The lockbox for the key got stuck a few times and it took us 15 minutes of fumbling with it to get the key out once. One night the neighbors were BLASTING rap music until about 10pm - which was ironic given the documents we had to sign documents that no outside music was permitted by short term rentals, ha. Did not bother me but I am sure a family would not have been too thrilled.
So - like others have said - a really fantastic house for a great price but once you're there you are on your own do not expect anything from management.
