Great house for 2 families with 2 young kids each. We came to watch Indian Wells Tennis tournament. house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well maintained, spacious, has everything you need. Pool/Spa was great for the kids.

Great Golf Getaway

Were a group of 7 old friends that get together for a spring golf trip to re- connect since we now live in separate places. For the last 14 years we have gone to Mesquite NV but decided on a change of scenery and couldn't have had a better time and this place was a perfect part of the trip.Great house, location and wouldn't hesitate to stay here agai. Contact from the owner couldn't have been better and would give it 10 stars if we cold!around Palm Springs for the 9 courses

Peaceful Oasis

My family had a great stay. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. It was nice having multiple bathrooms as well. We really appreciated all the communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to Indio.

Great place to retire to at the end of the day. Quiet, well secured gated community. Hosts were helpful in every way. All amenities provided for a honestly away from home experience. Highly recommend this clean as a whistle residence.

Sand Storm Lax weekend

This house was perfect and beautiful. Big kitchen and eating table. Hot tub was wonderful after lots of walking to games. Location is close to the fields only 15min away. It’s close to everything for food and shops. Would definitely stay there again!!

I have stayed at several properties the last several years. Many properties are not always even close to what their pictures depict them to be. This was better than the pictures! You have a great property; from the pool/hot tub area, to the bedrooms/baths, to the great front room area. Everything was great & my wife mentioned how clean it was! When I reached out one evening about a couple of minor lighting problems they were fixed the next day ! This is a great property to stay at.

Girls' Weekend

This place was all we had hoped for and more! The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The yard was beautiful and the pool outstanding. We especially loved our evenings in the jacuzzi under the stars. Tim was a wonderful host and quick to respond to our emails. We are already talking about when we can come back to our new favorite place in the desert!

Terra Lago oasis

This property did not disappoint!!! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your stay in the Indio/Palm Springs area. The pool and spa are gorgeous and the back patio/yard is set up to enjoy time in the sun, a float in the salt water pool along with BBQ'ing and enjoying a relaxing evening by the firepit after a day of enjoying the surrounding areas and activities. This is a must stay at property and the owner is so nice and responsive and truly cares that your stay at his home is unforgettable. JC

Best Thanksgiving Ever

I rented the property to have a family together for the holidays. The house was beautiful and had every amenity you would need. My mother in law said it was the best Thanksgiving she had because the house was so beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Spotless and comfortable home, perfect stay

Wow. All the other glowing reviews of this property are spot on. This home is immaculate, sparkling clean, beautiful, well appointed, and perfect for a desert vacation. Owner was wonderful to communicate with. Pool and spa were great, and the back yard beautifully landscaped. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were exactly what we needed, with plenty of space. We could not ask for more.

House is very well furnished and maintained. Very clean. Clear and helpful instructions upon arrival. Pool and spa were fun for the whole family (kids, parents and grandparents). Would certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area

Relaxation Vacation

This property was even better than advertised! Perfect location to relax by the pool, kids had a great time swimming and watching movies. The jacuzzi was a perfect spot to relax at night. The property owner came over and fixed the WI-FI router when the power went out without us even needing to reach out. He was respectful of our privacy and made sure he contacted us before entering his home. Nice golf courses nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with luxurious sleeping for 8, great open space areas for cooking, dining and watching Tv together, and beautiful pool and spa that was easy to operate. In garage parking which is important in the desert, convenient to golfing and stores. Well furnished, very peaceful home!
