Cosy two-bedroom apartment, simple but with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is located in a building situated in the historic district, in a lively area but on a street with very little traffic, which allows you to enjoy tranquillity without giving up city life.
The apartment is very bright, thanks to its three large windows, and also has a balcony with street views.

The accommodation includes:
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, renovated.
Two bedrooms: one with double bed and another with two single beds.
Living-dining room with several sofas and armchairs, dining table, television and free Wi-Fi access.
Important: The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access the accommodation. We do not recommend it for people with mobility issues or families with baby buggies.
Location - Sa Gerreria Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the most characterful neighbourhoods in Palma, known for its authentic atmosphere, bars, restaurants, shops and urban art.
The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot:
250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.
800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, main public transport connection point, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport.
Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, which allows for comfortable rest while enjoying Palma's urban life.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (you may do so on the balcony, taking care with cigarette butts).
We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about silently.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of âŹ250 will be withheld, which may be applied in case of property damage, key loss, or excessive dirt.
Check-in time: from 14:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.
Parking and access
The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request and with an additional cost of âŹ20/day, subject to availability. There are also nearby public car parks.

The apartment had a terrible moldy odor in the kitchen from a closet with cleaning supplies and a mop. there was automatic deodorizer that made the smell even worse. The management company sent someone over two days later and the smell was still there. We did not use the kitchen due to the smell. It made us all nauseous. The barroom had mold in several areas that could have been easily cleaned. The beds were comfortable.
Ich möchte ausdrĂŒcklich die gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur priority villas loben, die Probleme, die wĂ€hrend meines Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind, hat sie nicht zu verantworten, hat aber zĂŒgig versucht, mir weiterzuhelfen. FĂŒr nichtspanische GĂ€ste wĂ€re es hilfreich, zu wissen, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach drauĂen hat, sondern nur 1 Fenster in einen lichtlosen Schacht.
Great location, lovely flat, excellent communication with the managers. Easy check-in process. Very accommodating owner who has happy for a late check out and for us to store our bags all day. Only minor issue was that the kitchen smelt quite badly of drains but we kept the kitchen door shut the whole time which contained it. Overall a lovely stay.
