We stayed at HM Ayron Park in September 2025 after seeing its 5-star hotel, bit felt more like a 3.5-4 star. Ill talk about the pros and cons. We rented a car and were able to pull into the hotel lot to unload before checking in. Parking is €15 per day, or you can easily find free street parking nearby. At check-in, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or water — a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a large balcony perfect for sunset views. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely at sunset, and the resort also has two other nice pools. The property is large and offers optional breakfast or all-inclusive dinner for extra charge We booked a king room but received two single beds pushed together with separate blankets so we basically spet apart. The mattress was quite firm, though the pillows were soft and comfortable. They provide 2 glass water bottles for the first night, but no refills after that. It would’ve been nice if that was mentioned, I came down late one night for water and was told to buy from the vending machine, which was pricey. Thankfully, there’s a supermarket right across the street, stock up before it closes! The spa area was very nice with a warm pool, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and gym. The odd part was checkout we were told to go walk our own luggage to the storage room with no attendant or ticket system. They do lock & unlock the door as needed but someone can easily accidentally take another persons luggage.

The hotel was beautiful - the room was well proportioned with good amenities. Our room overlooked the pool and was peaceful. There are so many pools to chose from, all very clean and well maintained. The staff are so accommodating and the food choices are great. Would happily stay here again!

My close friend and I stayed at this property for three nights, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We each had our own room, which was lucky – because the showers were very small. We had both assumed that having a double bed would mean a decent-sized shower, but to our surprise, they were cramped and uncomfortable. If we’d been sharing a room, it would’ve been even worse. Another issue was the lifts. There are only two very small lifts for the entire hotel, which made it difficult to move around, especially during busy times. The main reason we’re giving such a low rating is the poor service. The reception staff didn’t clearly explain important information at check-in – for example, the spa opening hours or whether there was an extra charge to use the beds at the rooftop bar. We had to find all this out ourselves. Service in general was slow and inattentive. At the bar, we waited for over an hour before anyone came over to offer us a drink. As for the rooftop bar, it was disappointing to see that they were trying to charge guests for using beds, even though the hotel was almost empty and it didn’t look like any of the beds were booked that day. Overall, I would recommend the hotel reviews its processes and provides proper training for staff. Employees should be encouraged to go above and beyond for their guests, and simple things like being friendly and smiling can make a big difference.

Was not impressed with the service and it was very difficult to get basic requests met. For example the hotel did not provide water throughout our stay and we were required to pay exorbitant amounts per bottle in the vending machine.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das von Anfang an für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Anlage ist modern und top gepflegt, das gesamte Hotel ist durchweg sehr sauber – vom Zimmer bis hin zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und mit einem tollen Blick – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die mehreren, wunderschön gestalteten Pools, die nie überfüllt waren und zum Entspannen geradezu einluden. Wer auf der Suche nach einem modernen, sauberen und gleichzeitig charmanten Hotel mit erstklassigem Service ist, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hotel was GORGEOUS. Modern and luxurious. Rooms were great, pet peeve we booked an apartment and it was advertised as a double bed, however we got two single beds on wheels which was an absolute nightmare during the night. Cleanliness was top level. Buffett for breakfast and dinner was average. Amenities and facilities were great can’t fault them. Staff were hit and miss some very friendly and some standoffish and rude. Very close to the beach which is great. Would’ve expected 5* hotel to at least take us to the room when we first checked in, just got given directions, luckily the gentlemen standing at the door offered to take our luggage and showed us there. Also wouldve expected a show of the hotel, explaining where buffet was, where all the pools are located, where to get towels etc. For a 5* hotel these things are expected. Overall was a lovely stay as hotel itself was gorgeous

Nice hotel near the beach

We had a double room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable. Mini fridge had an assortment of drinks available at a set price. Patio doors led to the balcony with a nice view of the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Separate large shower room was useful. The pool area was comfortable with a shaded area if you were too hot. Also plenty of beds and outdoor towels courtesy of the hotel. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and all the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and modern property! Had multiple pools including one on the rooftop! Rooms were small, but very well organized, nicely equipped and had a balcony. Comforter was very comfortable 😌

The apartment that I stayed in was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at reception need much better training in how to communicate with customers. Two of them were quite passive aggressive and one (their manager) spoke extremely loudly on the phone (which the others were not doing) and had zero consideration for the guests sitting in the lobby area. One girl at reception whose name I believe is Adela, was very nice and professional and was helpful. The others need to learn how to not be defensive, rude, passive aggressive, or simply trying to avoid work!
